Testimonials
Michael is very professional, confidant, knowledgeable, practical and patient. After about 20 minutes of conversation, our anxiety about selling the house disappeared for the first time since we decided to relocate to another state. We sold our house in four days after putting it in the market!

We bought our home and sold our home with Donnamarie. Throughout both transactions, she was always available to answer questions, help solve problems, and kept the process running smoothly. She was able to use new technology to quickly get our offer in front of a seller, and a buyer for our home quickly. We would recommend her for buying or selling.

We contacted Mike McKenna at New Colony-Weichert. Mr. Mckenna listened to our requirements and set us up on a daily LIVE feed of available homes. The link sent us info on any homes status that changed or new ones came available. Mike also hooked us up with one of his agents-Dan Nash. Dan worked long and hard to show us every house we wanted to see. He spent quite a few evenings and weekends showing us homes. We finally found the one we wanted and Dan has helped the process along. We will highly recommend New Colony to anyone looking for a home.

We love our new house and neighborhood that we built in the Debra Court community in Ellicott City. We were thrilled with the Community Sales Manager and Realtor, Donnamarie Needle. She was very helpful, cooperative and always available when needed and she guided us through every step of the process of building a home with Kimberly Homes. Thank you, we love our new community!

Donnamarie Needle has been a pleasure to work with. She guided us through a normally stressful process with ease. With her insight, we were able to choose a house that fit our needs and wish list perfectly. Her manner and people skills made us feel as though we were working with a friend. Donnamarie will definitely be who we call for future needs.

We were so fortunate to have Michael to help us to sell our house. Since we had not sold a house in awhile, we needed lots of hand-holding to get thru the entire process. Michael was extremely patient and helpful in explaining everything. Even when we had a buyer drop out at the last minute, he was very encouraging and up-beat in keeping us moving forward. We would highly recommend Michael to anyone considering selling a home.

Made the whole process very easy, kept us informed of everything that was going on and helped us get the house we wanted at the price we needed to get it for. His advice and contacts also made sure that the house was in good shape and that we knew who to get in touch with for every step of the process.

Everything about our home buying experience with Michael was fantastic and far exceeded any expectations. He guided us through the process with expertise, helpfulness, and charm. In negotiations, Michael was with us every step of the way, and taking his advice led to us getting the house we wanted for the price we needed. Everything from the house tours, our offer, and all the details up to and including closing on the home - Michael was there, helping us out, representing our interests. A wonderful experience!

As someone who has had the pleasure of working with Michael McKenna as both a landlord and a seller, I would like to take this opportunity to assure that you are in good hands. He handled everything efficiently and professionally, which was a great relief since we had already moved out of state and was counting on Michael to run the show! He first found us a great renter who rented our Columbia townhouse for two years. Later, when the time came to sell our home, we again relied upon Michael's services. He knows his business and he is a true partner in facilitating the sale. In a professional manner, he pays attention to all those details which can make selling a home a sticky operation. His assistance in this regard was greatly appreciated. He is respectful to all parties involved. He knows how to complete a sale without compromising his integrity. -
